The One Hummus Recipe
Super creamy, yet still fluffy, and light enough that I can indulge without worrying about portion control.

Chill Water: Add 3 tbsp (45ml) of water to a small bowl and stick in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Prep Ingredients: Mince garlic, rinse chickpeas and reserve the aquafaba. Remove the chickpea skins by soaking them in a bowl of room temp water and gently rubbing between your hands.

Blend: In a high speed blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Adjust Consistency: Add aquafaba (with the blender running, if possible). Gradually blend in chilled water until creamy.

Taste & Adjust: Taste and tweak with more lemon, tahini, or salt as needed.

Garnish (Optional): Top with paprika, oregano, basil, parsley or whatever you like before serving!
