    Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Add cauliflower to the batter and toss to fully coat.

    Spread cauliflower florets onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with space between them.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.

    Toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce (or brush the buffalo sauce on the cauliflower for a lighter sauce).

    Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-12 minutes for an extra crispy finish.
