    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.

    In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. If mixture is too thick, add a bit more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

    Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Gradually mix in the coconut flour until fully incorporated. The dough should thicken as the coconut flour absorbs moisture.

    Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

    Roll into 1” balls. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the best results.
