    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

    Mix Wet: Mash banana, then mix with applesauce, almond butter, brown sugar sweetener, and vanilla.

    Mix Dry: Combine protein powder, oats, chia seeds (optional), spices, and baking soda.

    Combine: Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

    Shape: Spoon dough onto the baking sheet to make nine cookies (approximately 3 tbsp of dough per cookie). I flatten mine but that is optional

    Bake: 14-16 minutes or until edges are golden.

    Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and enjoy! Leftovers will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for a week.
