In a bowl, mix the peanut butter powder, water, sugar-free syrup, protein powder, and pinch of salt until smooth.

Add the oats, pistachios, cranberries. Mix well.

If the mixture feels too dry, slowly add 1-2 tbsp of unsweetened cashew milk until it becomes sticky enough to roll into balls.

Roll the mixture into 12 small balls and slightly flatten. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
