A low calorie high protein variation of nachos

Add thinly sliced potatoes to airfryer. Spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with all purpose seasoning.

Air fry at 185 degrees for 30 minutes.

Place potatoes on a lined tray.

Top with sauces, pulled chicken, cheese and then oregano.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden.
