Directions

    Put dry ingredients into a mixer. On slow speed, gradually add the wet ingredients until it starts to form a crumb.

    Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until dry and light golden. Remove from oven and set aside.

    Crush Weetbix equally between three small bowls, top with maple syrup and milk and set aside.

    In a separate larger bowl, mix together Gaytime layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over base.

    In another bowl, mix together chocolate layer ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over Gaytime layer.

    Melt white chocolate and almond butter together until smooth, stir through milk and then yoghurt. Place equally on top of each Weetbix bowl.

    Top with prepared crumble.

    Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!!
