    Combine all base ingredients. Press into a lined container and freeze while you make caramel.

    In a small pot, heat all caramel ingredients. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickening. Pour over crispy base. Freeze for 45 minutes.

    Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
