    Preheat your oven to 175C.

    Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat, then remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup, and nut butter.

    Next stir in the oats, then dollop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking tray.

    Bake for 15 mins, then leave to cool before spooning a generous amount of PB on top.

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water on a low heat, then dunk each one in the chocolate and place on a lined baking tray or chopping board.

    Leave to set and enjoy!
