    Preheat your oven to 200°C.

    Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Toss the chickpeas with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.

    Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

    Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

    Let them cool completely.

    Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in short intervals, stirring frequently until smooth.

    Pour the chickpeas into the melted chocolate and mix well, then pour this mixture on a lined baking tray.

    Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.

    Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
