    Grate zucchini and squeeze all the juice out (I squeeze in a tea-towel)

    Combine with all other ingredients stir through flour to create a thick batter consistency

  3. 3

    Heat butter and olive oil, spoon in mixture & sear until browned, flip

  4. 4

    Make your yoghurt mix & do far better than I did soft boiling your eggs

  5. 5

    Serve with lemon juice, parsley, flaked salt & hug the new mums in your life
