Boil potato in salted water until soft

Fry in a lot of olive oil: anchovies until dissolved, then capers, onion, garlic, broccolini, zucchini until softened

Salt flathead & sear in a separate pan in olive oil for 2 mins each side

Add 1tbsp salted butter & lemon juice

Add potatoes to zucchini mixture & cover with 1/2 cup of fish stock, lid on

Add fish, cover with parsley, flaked salt, lemon
