    In the perfect pot soften onions in 1 tbsp butter (5 mins)

    Add 1/2 cup white wine, followed by black garlic paste, introduce everyone for another 5 mins

    Season beef with flaked salt & white pepper, add to onions, then add: remaining white wine, stock, soy, miso paste, chilli flakes, 5 spice, ginger, cover & into the oven at 170Β° for 3 hours

    Boil noodles approx 4 minutes in salted water, strain

  5. 5

    Crispy fried egg - heat remaining butter until foaming, add crispy chilli, 1 x egg per person & fry until crisp on the edges

    SERVE: Remove ginger - in a bowl cover cooked noodles with broth, top with sliced onion, coriander, sesame seeds, crispy fried egg, seaweed, squeeze of lemon if you like & enjoy hon
