In a mixing bowl or a tall container suitable for the immersion blender, add the coconut sugar, ketchup, avocado oil, white vinegar, mustard powder, celery seed, onion powder, salt, and paprika.

Using your immersion blender, blend all the ingredients together on medium speed. Move the blender up and down to ensure everything is fully combined, until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
