    In a measuring cup, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, flour, and melted coconut oil.

    Turn the mixer on low speed and slowly add the milk and yeast mixture to the bowl.

    Place the dough in a bowl and pour 1 tablespoon of oil on top. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Separate the dough into 2 sections. Roll each section out to 1/4 inch thick.

    Add your fillings.

    Roll up the dough and pinch the edges to seal.

    Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
