Rich and creamy scrambled eggs served with fresh bread, you can’t beat it! Another extremely comforting egg dish ready to warm you up this winter.

    Heat up a dash of olive oil in a large skillet, then add the green pepper and a dash of salt. Cook for 2 minutes, then add some unsalted butter to the pan. Once melted, add the grated tomatoes and tomato paste, then mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Remove the lid and add the crumbled feta and mix until melted. At this point add your cracked eggs and scramble for a few minutes on a low heat. Then taste and adjust salt levels to your preference. Once scrambled well, remove from the heat and garnish with some sumac and chopped parsley, serve with some bread and enjoy :)
