    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, protein powder (if using), baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper

    In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, and unsweetened almond milk until well combined.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

    Fold in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese until evenly distributed.
