Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Finely grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites, greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips

Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.

While the donuts cool, combine glaze ingredients until smooth and glossy. Dip the cooled donuts face down or spoon it on by hand.
