Take 2 cups of soaked sabudana in a bowl.

Add 4 boiled & smashed potatoes in it.

Adding 1/2 cup of peanuts

To the blender add 1 tbs jeera/cumin & 4-5 green chillies

Make a good paste

Add 2tbs of paste in the mixture.

Add salt.

Make soft dough (mix everything together with your hands)

Make 5-6 equal size balls later give it a shape of vada. (Use oil to avoid breaking or cracking)

Fry vadas on medium heat for 5-10 mins slowly.
