In a large bowl, mix corn kernels together chickpea flour, rice flour, chopped coriander, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder , garam masala powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the mixture to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Using a spoon, drop small portions of the batter into the oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite chutney or raita!
