    In a mixing bowl, combine chopped fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, gram flour, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.

    Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. The dough should be soft and pliable.

    Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a round, thin disc using a rolling pin and some dry flour.

    Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled Thepla on it.

    Cook the Thepla on both sides, applying a little ghee, until golden brown spots appear.

    Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.

    Serve the hot and delicious Thepla with pickle, yogurt, or any chutney of your choice.
