    Make a purée with 6 tomatoes, 1/2 cup beetroot, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies, and salt.

    Mix 4 cups wheat flour with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and sesame seeds.

    Add the purée to the flour mixture and knead into a hard dough.

    Rest the dough for 30 minutes, then divide into small balls.

    Roll out each ball into a thin circle and deep-fry until pink and puffed up.
