Something I always get when we go out for dimsum! It’s chewy, spicy and sweet!

    sauté oil and rice rolls until it gets a little color

    add rest of all the ingredients

  3. 3

    sauté until liquid is absorbed into the rice rolls

  4. 4

    garnish with cilantro
