Ingredients: bulgogi; kimchi fried rice; iceberg lettuce; shredded carrots; shredded cucumbers; gochujang aioli; 1 lb beef (thinly sliced); 0.5 cup low sodium soy sauce; 0.25 cup sugar; 2 tbsp sesame oil; 1 tbsp black pepper; 0.5 onions (sliced); 0.5 Korean pear (grated or puree); 4 garlic (grated); 1 cup cold day old rice; 0.25 cup chopped kimchi; 0.5 cup mayo; 2 tsp gochujang paste; 2 tsp rice vinegar
