Crispy, saucy, HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN TENDERS. Made in the air fryer and glazed in a honey mustard sauce, these just hit differently

    In a bowl add the chicken strips, mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well.

    Take a strip, dip it in the egg and then the cornflakes, patting them in well, set aside. Continue with the remaining chicken strips.

    Set your air fryer to 185c and spray the tray with a little cooking oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 16 -17 minutes, turning half way through.

    Once the cooking cycle is done. Check the chicken is cooked through and remove from the air fryer (internal temperature should be 74°c) . Brush on the sauce or use as a dip! Enjoy
