EP 2 - CURRY IN A HURRY 🥘 Let’s make CHINESE CHICKEN CURRY, a takeaway CLASSIC! It’s ready in under 30 minutes and uses minimal ingredients.

    Season the chicken with soy sauce and white pepper. In a wok, on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Once hot, add the onions, and sauté until soft. Move the onions to one side of the pan and add the garlic, sauté the garlic til fragrant.

    Add the chicken to the wok and stir fry for a few minutes, add the curry powder, Chinese 5 spice, and turmeric. Stir fry for a few minutes. Now add the chicken stock mixed with cornflour. Next, add the frozen peas and stir.

    Turn up the heat, and bring to a boil whilst stirring. The sauce will start to thicken. Bring the heat down, Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the sugar and give another stir. Serve with rice and prawn crackers! Enjoy
