Juicy, one pan, HARISSA CHICKEN & CHORIZO! so easy to make!!!

    Season chicken thighs with harissa paste. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.

    To a large baking dish at the baby potatoes, onions, chorizo, olives, garlic bulb, smoked paprika, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Toss to coat. Add in the chicken thighs and cherry tomatoes.

    Heat your oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Place the dish on the middle shelf and cook for 50minutes. Once the cooking time is complete check the chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer.

    Remove from the oven, top with fresh coriander and serve! Enjoy!
