Dice the chicken into chunks and add the paste pot, Greek yogurt and turmeric. Stir until fully coated.

Cut the pepper & onion into chunks.

While your chicken is marinating, prepare your flatbreads. In a bowl, combine the self raising flour and yogurt, adding the yogurt gradually until a dough is formed.

Split into four even balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Pop 10g cheese into each piece of dough, fold over and roll out.

Fry each flatbread in a hot, fry frying pan for 3-4 minutes per side or until starting to crisp.

Wrap the flatbreads in foil and set to one side.

Put your chicken breast, peppers & onions onto the skewers and grill for around 12 minutes or until piping hot.

In a small saucepan, add the lazy garlic. Cook for a minute or so, or until the excess liquid is gone. Then add the butter and parsley. Stir until the butter is melted. Spread the garlic butter over each of your flatbreads.
