Chicken & Chorizo Soft Tacos

    Season your chicken breast with salt & pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes or until piping hot throughout. Then using two forks, shred the chicken apart.

    Add the red onion to a large pan and fry for 5 minutes or until starting to soften

    Add the chorizo and fry for a further 5 minutes

    Pour in the tinned tomatoes and then add the basil, oregano, smoked paprika, salt & pepper.

    Stir through until combined and leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

    Add the cooked chicken and stir through

  7. 7

    Press each of the wraps into the sauce and then heat a large frying pan

  8. 8

    Add a wrap to the pan, 10g cheese, some of the chicken/chorizo sauce and then fold and fry for a couple of minutes each side. Repeat until you’ve done all 6!
