Crispy Chilli Beef Noodles

Finely slice the beef and add to a bowl. Add the bicarbonate of soda, cornflour and a splash of dark soy sauce. Coat the beef and set to one side for 20 minutes.

Add the coated beef to the airfryer, spray with oil and cook for 12 minutes on 200 degrees, shaking half way.

While the beef is cooking, slice the pepper and onion. Add to a pan and fry until softened.

Once the beef is cooked, add to the pan with the veg.

Add the sweet chilli sauce, honey & rice wine vinegar and stir through. Cook until the sauce has reduced and turned sticky.

Slice the spring onions and add to a pre heated wok. Add the noodles to the wok along with 2 tbsp dark soy sauce. Stir fry for a few minutes and then serve!
