Crispy Chilli Chicken & Halloumi Burger

    Butterfly the chicken breast, dip into the beaten egg and then into the seasoned panko breadcrumbs.

    Spray with oil and cook in the airfryer on 200 for 15 minutes.

    Stir together the honey and sweet chilli, and pour 2/3 of it over the chicken, then cook in the airfryer for a further 2 minutes.

    Coat the halloumi in the remainder of the honey/sweet chilli and fry until golden.

    Add salad to your bun, the chicken and top with the halloumi.

Served with chips, but the burger alone was super filling!!
