Crispy Chilli Chicken & Halloumi Wrap

    Slice the chicken and add to a bowl. Add the soy sauce, bicarb and cornflour and stir until coated.

    Put the chicken in the airfryer and cook on 200 for around 12 minutes.

    Slice the pepper and fry until softened. Once the chicken is cooked, add to the pan with the pepper.

    Pour in the sweet chilli, honey & rice wine vinegar.

    Stir until the chicken is coated and then cook for 5-10 minutes on high or until the sauce has reduced and the chicken is sticky.

    Add the halloumi and fry until golden.

    Add your choice of salad to the wrap, top with the chicken and halloumi, wrap & enjoy.
