One Pot Pizza Lasagne

    Dice the red onion and add to a large pan. Fry for around 5 minutes or until softened.

    Dice the chicken and add to the pan with the onions. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and paprika and fry for around 8 minutes.

    Pour in the tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes. Add more seasoning to taste, I usually add more salt, basil and oregano at this point!

    Slice the lasagne and add to the sauce. Stir through and cover, leaving on a medium heat for around 8 minutes.

    Top with cheese and pepperoni and pop under the grill until the cheese is golden.

    Then serve.
