Slice the chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and oregano.

Dip the chicken into the beaten egg and into the breadcrumbs.

Spray with oil and put into the airfryer on 200 for 12-15 minutes.

When the chicken is nearly cooked, pour in the BBQ sauce & honey and cook for a further few minutes.

Then serve!
