Special Spagbol
I love my spaghetti bolognese RICH so I make it in the traditional way but with some added extras of... Sugar, Cinnamon, Worcestershire Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Red wine (or red wine stock pot).

Make spaghetti bolognese in the traditional way with added extras of sugar, cinnamon, Worcestershire Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, and red wine (or red wine stock pot).

Serve with 100g dry weight of spaghetti, 30g of grated cheese, and some garlic bread.
Notes
Also like to put cloves in sometimes but it takes me forever to fish them out once cooked.
