Bacon & Chorizo Pasta
I have been loving a creamy cheesy pasta dish lately

Chop the bacon into strips & fry off with the diced onions & chorizo

Get the pasta on to boil

Add a tablespoon of tomato puree, the cheese triangles & half the parmigiano reggiano

Add pasta water to the pan to form a sauce

Add the pasta to the meat & sauce pan and serve with the remaining parmigiano reggiano
