Chicken & Chorizo Stew

Okayyy I definitely made this one too spicy 🔥🥵 I used spicy chorizo rather than normal & combined with the harrisa, pepper & chilli in this it almost blew my head off 🤯🤣

    Fry off your chorizo and chicken until sealed.

    Add onions, peppers & chilli and fry until softened a bit.

  3. 3

    Crumble the oxo cube into the pan, give it a mix then add the tomato purree.

    Add tin of chopped tomatoes then half fill the tin with water & add to the pan.

    Add the paprika, garlic powder, oregano, basil, white pepper, pinch or salt and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir in the Philadelphia & harissa then simmer until thickened (about 15 mins).

    Top with as many jalapeños as you like.

    Serve with white rice.


Notes

If you are not a fan of spice then you could leave out the harissa, use normal chorizo & go easy on the chillis but be warned this dish has definitely got a firery kick to it
