    Chop the bacon medallions into strips & frying them off.

    Add the diced chicken to a pan, season with salt & pepper & cook until sealed.

    Add the onion & garlic & cook until soft.

    Add the bacon to the pan.

  5. 5

    Get the pasta on to boil.

  6. 6

    Add the Philadelphia to the chicken & pan & allow to melt.

  7. 7

    Once melted add the hard cheese & drained sweetcorn.

  8. 8

    Add spoonfuls of pasta water to create a sauce.

  9. 9

    Once the pasta is cooked add to the chicken & bacon pan & mix together.
