Tesco finest caramelised red onion sausages served on a bed of skin on Dijon mustard mash with red onion & balsamic vinegar gravy & tenderstem broccoli.

    Boil 300g maris piper potatoes with the skin on.

    Mash with some butter, milk and a heaped teaspoon of Dijon mustard.

  3. 3

    Slice up half a red onion and fry it off in a bit of balsamic vinegar until soft.

    Add the fried red onion to the already prepared gravy.
