Pesto Chicken Pasta with Bacon

    Dice the chicken, season with the salt, pepper, mixed herbs & garlic granuals then fried until sealed with the diced onion

    Meanwhile get the pasta on to boil

    Melt the philly into the chicken pan & add the fresh basil, hard cheese (hold some back for serving if you like) & pesto

    Add pasta water to loosen the mixture up and create a sauce

  5. 5

    Chop your bacon up small & fry it in a separate pan with the spray oil

  6. 6

    Add the broccoli to the pasta pan about 5 minutes before the pasta is due to be done

  7. 7

    When the broccoli & pasta are cooked add it to the chicken pan

  8. 8

    Add your spinach to the chicken pasta pan and wilt down

  9. 9

    Serve with the crispy bacon on top
