Chicken Tikka Dopiaza
I was kindly sent some curry kits by @mattcooperbites to test out so gave the Dopiaza a go yesterday!

Prepare the chicken tikka using Matt's tikka spice blend and a touch of red food colouring.

Use the curry kit to create a delicious takeaway style curry at home.

Add spinach that needs using up.

Serve with jasmine rice, a mini naan, a yoghurt and mint dip, and a side salad.
