Add chicken + sundried tomatoes to in medium-sized skillet with 1-2 tsp. avocado oil and season well with garlic powder and paprika; cook ~ 5 mins, or until chicken is slightly browned.

Add half & half (or dairy-free cream) and mozzarella; stir until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in pasta and garnish with basil and red chili flakes.

Easily doubled! Pasta: go with your fave! Protein: easily sub shrimp or ground chicken/turkey for the chicken breast.
