Maple Pancake Bread
think all the flavor of a fluffy stack of pancakes without the prep (aka no flipping), thanks to a bag of easy-stir mix.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line loaf pan with parchment paper (or use baking spray).

In large bowl, mix all bread ingredients until well combined.

Pour into loaf pan.

In small bowl, mix topping ingredients, working butter in with a fork. Spread over batter.

Bake for 35-40 min, or until a knife comes out clean.

Let bread cool for 10 min before drizzling glaze (optional) on top.
