    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour.

    Boil rice with black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaves.

    Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions, fry till light golden brown.

    Add marinated chicken and cook on slow flame till chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.

    Add chicken cube and cook.

    Boil and grind cashew nuts, mix in fresh cream and add on the gravy.

    Add mayonnaise and mix slightly with spoon.

    Add boiled rice and sprinkle nutmeg-cardamon powder, few drops of kewra water.

    Add some birista and mint leaves.

    Cover and cook on slow flame for 12-15 mins.

    Serve hot.
