A quick and tasty aloo samosa recipe.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp zeera and let it crackle and add 1 tbsp green chilli paste and 1/2” inch ginger chopped, sauté for a min.

    Add 1 medium size sliced onion and saute till translucent.

    Add salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chat masala and sauté for a min.

    Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix, lastly add chopped coriander and mix.

    Fill in samosa Patti and make samosa.

    Fry on medium flame till golden and crispy.

    Enjoy with ketchup or chutney.
