    Boil mutton with all the ingredients with 3 cups water.

    Heat ghee/oil in a deep pan and add onions and cook till translucent.

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min add thinly sliced tomatoes and cook till tomatoes gets soft.

    Add mutton with stock and take a boil then add 3 glass water and take a boil.

    Add soaked basmati rice and cook till little water left and then give dum for 10 mins.
