Recipe: Achari chicken with Achari masala, chicken, and spices.

    Grind everything for masala coarsely and marinate chicken with Achari masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, curd & salt for an hour.

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and sauté till lightly browned then add marinated chicken and saute till oil separates.

    Add tomato puree and cook with lid stirring occasionally for 10-15 mins.

    Then add kalonji and mix.

  5. 5

    Add slit green chillies and cook for 5 mins and your Achari chicken is ready.


Notes

I have added capsicum as I didn’t got Achari green chillies
