    heat oil in a deep pan and add the whole garam masala, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp green chilli paste, 3 tbsp sliced tomatoes and saute for 4-5 mins

    grind 2 tbsp dhaniya, 1 tbsp zeera , 8-10 black pepper, 1 tsp sauf , 1 inch cinnamon, 3-4 cloves , 1 tsp javitri , 1/2 tsp black salt , 2 cardamom, 1 black cardamom and mix with curd

    add this to the pan and saute on high flame till oil separates

    add 5 onion birista and saute for 3-4 mins, add 1 cup soaked masoor and cook for 10-15 mins till masoor is cooked add coriander leaves chopped, mint leaves and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

    add 6 boiled eggs , 4-5 fried potatoes, add more coriander leaves and layer it with 3 cups boiled basmati rice

    pour a few drops of kewra water , birista , coriander leaves saffron water and give dum for 15 mins
