Mini Masala Idli
Recipe: For idli: 1 cup rice soaked for 3-4 hours 1/3 cup urad daal with 1/4 tsp methi soaked for 3-4 hours 1/3 cup poha Grind soaked urad daal, coarsely grind rice Soak poha for 5 mins and drain water , grind and mix all keep it overnight for fermentation and make idlis in the morning Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add 1 tsp mustard seeds in it , let it crackle and then add @mtr_foods idli masala and add stemed idli in it , add some chopped coriander and serve
