This is my quick veg pulao recipe

    Wash and soak rice for 30 mins

    Peel and cut potatoes into halves and fry it on low flame till light golden in colour

    Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices, then add onion and saute till light golden in colour

    Make green paste and add it in the onions

  5. 5

    Saute till oil separates, add dhaniya zeera powder, turmeric powder and salt , mix

    Add matar and water , when water gets boiling add potatoes and rice cook till there is slightly water left , then give dum for 5-10 mins
